Yep, this is the #1 reason why business owners stop working with freelancers, agencies, or any other kind of partners.
There is a legit "trend" right now in which business owners feel ignored by their current agencies or ad managers and they don't really know what's happening with their money.
Pretty crazy if you ask me.
I personally send weekly looms to ALL my Google Ads clients every single Friday without exception.
Why?
Because business owners are busy and they don't have time to schedule meetings or be available for communication non stop.
And to be honest, sometimes meetings are not even needed, and a quick update will do just fine.
In the weekly looms I'm going over the results from the last 7 days and what are the plans for the next 7 days.
Simple as that and it works every time.
So my advice would be to clean up any bad feelings and get into the new year fresh and motivated to skyrocket your business.
If you feel ignored by your freelancers, agencies, or any other partners just let them go.
On the other hand, if you have people that care and are available for you all the time, just help them achieve your goals because sometimes a single person cannot make all the magic required to grow your business.
They need creatives, information, and just some time to work together and brainstorm ideas to make things happen.
Choose your people wisely and your growth will follow.
