💡Low Advertising Budget? Do This!
Make ads that work for you even when the budget is low
Estimated reading time: 2 minutes and 59 seconds
Hey there, friends! Today we will focus on advertising, especially advertising with a small budget.
Not everyone has a lot of budget to start with, but there are ways to make ads work for you even when the budget is small.
Are you ready?
Let’s dive in.
Not everyone can afford to spend a lot of money on advertising, and I don’t want business owners to get discouraged because of this.
Yes, you can make ads work for you even with a small budget, and there is a super simple strategy for that.
It’s called remarketing.
If you have established accounts on the social media platforms or you are already receiving some website traffic, you are sitting on a gem!
These audiences can be targeted with remarketing campaigns.
Yes, Alex, but what does this actually mean?
You can install the Meta pixel on your website, and this will capture all the website visits from Google, direct traffic, or social media traffic from your organic posts.
This can also be done with the Google tag in Google Analytics.
You can also create audiences based on your Facebook and Instagram followers and show ads only to them.
Simple, isn’t it?
The trick here is that these audiences are usually small, which means you won’t need a big budget to reach everyone.
If these two audiences are small, you should pile them together and run ads on them.
I’ve done amazing things with this strategy, and you can do this too, especially when you don’t have enough budget to go broad and test things.
You can learn a lot from this strategy as well.
Things like:
Which ads are working better in terms of conversions (sales, leads, etc.)
Test different creatives
What are the costs and so on.
Plus, you will remind people about your brand, and that means a lot.
Perhaps someone has visited your website, but they haven’t purchased your product or contacted you yet, and there can be many reasons for that.
A remarketing campaign on Meta can help you a lot.
You can also do Google Display ads and create those beautiful banner ads that are served across the web, but only your past website visitors can see them because this will be a remarketing campaign.
I’m recommending remarketing ads to all small business owners, especially if you want to get into advertising but don’t have enough budget to explore other types of campaigns.
Also, everyone should ALWAYS have a remarketing campaign on all the time because people can forget that they haven’t purchased your product or engaged with you about your service.
Hope this helps!
Digital Marketing Simplified
Today I want to talk about CRO or conversion rate optimization.
What does this mean?
Conversion rate optimization is the process of increasing the percentage of users or website visitors who take a desired action, such as making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or filling out a form.
This translates into making changes to your website or landing page, changing your ads and testing new images and texts, and basically trying to improve in all aspects in order to increase your conversion rate.
This is super important because you will get more out of your money, and that’s exactly what we want, isn’t it?
CRO can be applied to organic and paid traffic, and you should focus on improving all the time.
If you have 1,000 visitors to your offer, but only 0.5% are actually converting, that means you have a 0.5% conversion rate, or only 5 people are buying your stuff out of 1,000.
With conversion rate optimization, you can increase this and have a conversion rate of 5%, which means 50 people will buy from you out of 1,000.
Makes a difference, doesn’t it?
Good to know:
Google: seller and product ratings now appear together in ads, which is an even greater reason to focus on getting positive reviews.
Instagram now keeps your feed from refreshing right away when you open the app. You won't be losing those memes anymore!
X’s AI chatbot (Grok) may soon become available for free.
