I've seen many social media marketing campaigns that use the same strategy, same designs, same captions, over and over again without anything new.

Testing is a super important part of digital marketing and that's how you improve results.

You should always test and improve your social media posts or advertising campaigns even when things are working well because that's how you improve.

Let me show an example of a small change that improved my client's Google ad campaigns significantly.

Simple. It's all about testing.

I focused on improving our search ads and increasing the ad relevancy by using the right headlines, descriptions, and landing page experience.

I usually like to A/B test ads by making only a small change between them in order to understand if that small change is really making an impact or not.

All of this was achieved just by testing multiple ads.

No budget increase, no new landing page, nothing else, just changing the ads.

It's incredible what you can do by testing all the time and in the end, you will get more out of your budget which is exactly what we want.

Digital Marketing Simplified

I'm launching a new section in which I want to explain how stuff works in digital marketing based on the questions that I'm getting from my clients or things that I feel are not really known properly.

Today we learn about landing pages.

What is a landing page? A landing page is a specially designed web page that a visitor "lands" on after clicking a link from an ad, social media post, email, or other marketing channels.

A landing page can improve your conversion rate because of the landing page content and ad relevancy.

Good to know:

  • Youtube is massive! The entire US broadcast industry made $33.84B in 2023, while Youtube alone made $31.51B.

  • Instagram has more users than Facebook in the EU.

  • ChatGPT can now search the web in real-time. That means your website can show in ChatGPT searches, but only if it's indexed by Bing.
